By using Services Jet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

Services Jet is a marketplace connecting users with independent service providers (“Vendors”).

• We do not employ the vendors.
• We do not guarantee the quality or legality of services provided by independent vendors.
• All pricing and availability are provided directly by the vendors.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, hold valid licenses where required, and deliver services professionally. Services Jet reserves the right to remove any vendor violating these standards.

Prices and fees are determined by vendors. While we facilitate payments through secure gateways, Services Jet is not responsible for disputes regarding service quality; these must be resolved between the user and vendor.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each vendor. Final decisions rest with the vendor unless specific platform-level rules apply.

Users may not post fraudulent content, attempt to hack the system, or engage in harassment. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

All content—including branding, graphics, and code—is the property of Services Jet. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

The platform is provided “as is.” Services Jet is not liable for damages resulting from services performed by vendors or any platform delays/misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan.
